  At this time, only PayPal payment is accepted. It is secure, fast, and simple to use. You can pay with PayPal directly with your credit/debit card without having to create an account.


• When do I receive the purchased component(s)?
  
  You can download the components from your account page immediately after the payment process.


• What do I get with the purchase?
  
  With every purchase, you will receive the component(s), a user guide, and a few examples with documented sources.



• Can I install a component on more than one computer?
  
  You can install the component on a single desktop computer. If you also own a laptop, you can install the component on the laptop too.


• Are there any restrictions on using the component?
  
  You can use the component for an unlimited number of personal and/or commercial websites/projects. However, if you want to integrate the component in applications that are made available for download or purchasing to multiple users, such as templates or CD-ROMs, please contact us at contact@flashotaku.com to purchase a special license. Please refer to the full text of the License Agreement for additional details.


• Do you provide support?
  
  Yes. We offer 6 months of free and prompt support for any purchased product. Even after the support period expires, we will still try to offer you support as much as we can, but this is not guaranteed. When you need support, first check the Forum to see if your question has already been answered. If you don't find an answer, you can create a new thread. If you prefer to keep your issue private, please use the Contact form.


• Is there a money back guarantee?
  
  Yes. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We are confident that our products are high quality and will satisfy you. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you've purchased and we can't resolve the issue, we will provide you with a full refund.
